To find out what nutrition services for infants are available in your neighbourhood:
Contact the dietician-nutritionist at your local community service centre (CLSC).
During the first six months, breastfeeding is the recommended way to feed your baby. After six months, the recommendation is to continue breastfeeding up to two years or more while gradually introducing complementary foods.
- For more information on feeding your baby, see the "From Tiny Tot to Toddler: Practical guide for parents from pregnancy to age two" guide.
