It’s time for the Quit to Win! Challenge

Le Défi J'arrête, j'y gagne, c'est maintenant!

2,553 Montrealers are participating

This year, 15,791 Quebecers have registered in the 21st edition of the Quit to Win! Challenge, making a commitment not to smoke for 6 weeks. In Montréal alone, 2,553 participants have taken up this collective challenge. The challenge runs from February 10 to March 22, so it’s almost over!

For over 20 years, the challenge has helped motivate smokers to quit and increased their chances of stopping and breaking free for good. Three out of four participants successfully stop for the 6 weeks of the Challenge.

Hang in there... It’s worth it!
