Family crisis

Are you going through a family crisis or are you concerned about your family?

No matter how big the problem is, you can get help.

There are many organizations and programmes that work to overcome and prevent communication problems between parents and children and behavioural problems in young people through support, information and counselling.

Where can I get help or ask questions?

The CAFE program Crise-Ado-Famille-Enfance is an immediate and intensive intervention service for youths 5 to 17 years of age and their family in crisis. It aims to defuse an individual or family crisis, prevent a relationship breakdown or a violent act and contribute to keeping the young person in his environment by proposing an alternative to placing and reporting. The service is accessible 7 days a week. A counsellor is accessible every day between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m.

The CLSC intake is one of the gateways into the CAFE program.
